Use this mixture in italian recipes that use bread coatings:
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, even hand-made by grating or grinding some days-old bread
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of dried parsley
- 2 pinches of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of onion powder
- 1 pinch of dried organo
- 1 pinch of dried basil
Cooking Instructions and Methods:
Mix all ingredients and use in recipes as desired. Store any remainder in a tightly closed container.
