Mix the following together for a Baharat Spice Blend:

<br>- 3 teaspoons coriander seeds
<br>- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
<br>- 3 teaspoons cloves
<br>- 4 teaspoons cumin seeds
<br>- 1 teaspoons cardamom pods
<br>- 3 teaspoons nutmeg
<br>- 6 teaspoons paprika

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Rub on meat, use with vegetables or in vegetable stuffing. Mix with lime juice and olive oil to use as a marinade.
