Cassia Bark is often sold as cinnamon. Cassia, however, has a stronger, less dilcate flavour and is therefore used for stronger, spicier dishes than delicate cinnamon.

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Used in various main dishes requiring a stronger cinnamon flavor, such as Jive Chicken. Cassia is also one of the ingredients in <a href="http://www.kukaza.com/en/free-recipe/spice-and-herb-mixtures/chinese-five-spice/137/index.html">Chinese five-spice</a> & mincemeat spice.
