This is a simple sauce for bruchetta, ciabatta and dry breads.

<br>- 50 ml yogurt
<br>- 3 tablespoons water
<br>- 1 pinch herbal salt (or salt and some oregano, thyme and basil)
<br>- 1 pinch ground pepper
<br>- 2 tablespoons olive oil
<br>- 2 tablespoons cream
<br>- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

This is a great simple sauce for all types of bruchetta, ciabatta and dry breads.

<br>Mix the yogurt, water, herbal salt, pepper, olive oil and cream together. Add the chopped garlic and stir.
<br>
<br>Serve chilled.
