Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:
For each portion:

<br>- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
<br>- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
<br>- a pinch of dried oregano
<br>- 1/4 cup squeezed lime juice with some grated lime zest
<br>- 1/4 cup olive oil
<br>- 1/4 tablespoon ground cubeb (or ground black pepper corns)
<br><p>- salt to taste</p>
Cooking Instructions and Methods:
In a bowl for mixing, combine all of the ingredients. Season to taste with some salt.

<br>Options: add a finely chopped red chili or substitute white wine vinegar for the lime juice.
