Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For two small portions:

<br>- 1/4 package angel hair pasta
<br>- 1 yellow onion, chopped into cubes
<br>- 25 g cubed bacon
<br>- 50 g creme fraiche
<br>- 50 g grated aged swiss cheese

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Fry the bacon up slowly in a pan until it releases some fat. Remove.

<br>Sautee the onion in the bacon fat until lightly browned. Add the bacon back to the pan.
<br>
<br>Add the creme fraiche, but only mix the ingredients lightly so that they do not end up looking like gravy. Keep warm.
<br>
<br>Cook to angel hair pasta al dente.
<br>
<br>In a preheated pasta dish, toss the noodles with the sauce and the cheese while still hot. Serve.
