For one medium-sized cake, cooked in a spring form or loaf pan:

<br>- 100g powdered date sugar (alternative: brown sugar)<p>- 100g date syrup<br>- 230g butter, softened
<br>- 350g white flour
<br>- 150g dark chocolate with whole hazelnuts, chopped
<br>- 150g almonds, ground<br>- 1 pinch of salt
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 4 tbsp milk
<br>- 2 tablespoons baking powder
<br>- 1 tsp vanilla extract (alternative: 1 tsp vanilla sugar)

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Start at the top of the ingredients list and thoroughly mix each of the ingredients together. Place in a greased baking form and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C.
