Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

1 tbsp minced shallots
<br>1/3 cup white wine or champagne vinegar
<br>cracked black pepper

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Mix the shallots, vinegar and pepper (to taste).

<br>Options: for an herbed versions, add some chopped cilantro, parsley or tarragon. For spicy heat, add some chopped jalapeno pepper. Or, add some minced ginger.

<br>Try this out with some rose vinegar and mago, papaya or cranberries.
