<br>4 tbsp vegetable oil (grape seed oil, olive oil...)
<br>1 cup powdered goat's milk mixed with 1 cup water (or substitute 2 cups buttermilk)
<br>2 eggs
<br>2 cups whole wheat flour
<br>2 tbsp baking powder
<br>1/2 tsp sea salt
<br>
<br>

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Add the oil, milk mixture, and eggs in one bowl and blend well.

<br>Next, add the remaining dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and blend well.
<br>
<br>Fry in a lightly oiled hot pan.
<br>
<br>Serve with some butter, or hot blueberries mixed with maple syrup.
