Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For each lassi:

<br>- 1/2 cup ripened chopped mango, pressed through a sieve (if too stringy) and chilled
<br>- 1/4 cup of chilled whole-fat milk
<br>- 1/4 cup of whole-fat yogurt
<br>- a pinch of salt
<br>- ice cubes

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

<br>Serve in a chilled glass.
<br>
<br>Letovers keep for 24 hours in the fridge.
