For one medium-large cheese log / cheese ball:

<br>- 2 lbs cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese
<br>- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
<br>- 2 tbsp sherry wine, or 4 tablespoons port wine
<br>- chopped nuts for rolling (almonds, for example)
