Air Fryer Rump Roast Beef Jerky

Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

Required equipment: air fryer with a dehydration function of a dehydrator.

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs beef rump roast, slice 1/4 inch thick strips against the grain

- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 2 tsp galic powder

- 1 tsp smoked paprika


Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Combine the meat and all other ingredients in a bag or bowl and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Dehydrate in an air fryer for about 5 hours at 160 ° F  / 70 ° C.
