For each portion:
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- a pinch of dried oregano
- 1/4 cup squeezed lime juice with some grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tablespoon ground cubeb (or ground black pepper corns)
- salt to taste
