Happy Tea-Time Cake

Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For one medium-sized cake, cooked in a spring form or loaf pan:

- 100g powdered date sugar (alternative: brown sugar)

- 100g date syrup
- 230g butter, softened
- 350g white flour
- 150g dark chocolate with whole hazelnuts, chopped
- 150g almonds, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (alternative: 1 tsp vanilla sugar)

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Start at the top of the ingredients list and thoroughly mix each of the ingredients together. Place in a greased baking form and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C.

This cake tastes better after being refrigerated for 1 day, will keep for one week in the refrigerator or can even be frozen. Happy tea-time cake!
