Happy Tea-Time Cake

Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For one medium-sized cake, cooked in a spring form:

- 200g sugar
- 200g butter, softened
- 350g flour
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 150g almonds, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or in Europe, 1 tsp vanilla sugar)

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Start at the top of the ingredients list and thoroughly mix each of the ingredients together. Place in a greased baking form and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C.

This cake will keep for one week in the refrigerator or can even be frozen, so you can always be prepared when someone unexpected knocks at the door. Happy tea-time cake!
