Mom's Goat Milk Pancakes

Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For 3 people:


4 tbsp vegetable oil (grape seed oil, olive oil...)
1 cup powdered goat's milk mixed with 1 cup water (or substitute 2 cups buttermilk)
2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Add the oil, milk mixture, and eggs in one bowl and blend well.

Next, add the remaining dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and blend well.

Fry in a lightly oiled hot pan.

Serve with some butter, or hot blueberries mixed with maple syrup.
