Peppermint Iced Tea / Iced Mint Tea

Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For one large pot of tea:

- 1 gallon water
- 4 teabags pf spearmint tea with eucalyptus (this is the most refreshing mixture)
- 1/2 organic lemon, sliced

Music for drinking peppermint tea:

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Bring the water to boil in a largepot and turn off the heat.

Add the teabags and sliced lemon and cover.

Let cool overnight, then refrigerate.

Serve cold over ice.
