Annatto seed is not only used to give natural orange colors to some foods, but also has a mild, earthy and slightly peppery taste.
Cooking Instructions and Methods:
Grind the seeds with garlic and chili peppers to make Mexican Adobo paste. Pais well with other mild flavors such as rice, poultry, onion and bay leaf.
