Spice Guide: Pepper-Lemon

Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

Pepper-lemon is made from granulated lemon zest and ground black peppercorns. Both are mashed together so that the oil from the lemon zest can infuse with the pepper.

Commonly used in Finland, Sweden & Norway.


Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Use in homemade snack crackers, eggs, sliced tomatoes, pork chops, veal, steaks, hamburgers, fish and poultry.
