Savory Angel Hair Pasta
Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:
For two small portions:
- 1/4 package angel hair pasta
- 1 yellow onion, chopped into cubes
- 25 g cubed bacon
- 50 g creme fraiche
- 50 g grated aged swiss cheese
Cooking Instructions and Methods:
Fry the bacon up slowly in a pan until it releases some fat. Remove.
Sautee the onion in the bacon fat until lightly browned. Add the bacon back to the pan.
Add the creme fraiche, but only mix the ingredients lightly so that they do not end up looking like gravy. Keep warm.
Cook to angel hair pasta al dente.
In a preheated pasta dish, toss the noodles with the sauce and the cheese while still hot. Serve.
