This is a simple sauce for bruchetta, ciabatta and dry breads.
- 50 ml yogurt
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 pinch herbal salt (or salt and some oregano, thyme and basil)
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
This is a great simple sauce for all types of bruchetta, ciabatta and dry breads.
Mix the yogurt, water, herbal salt, pepper, olive oil and cream together. Add the chopped garlic and stir.
Serve chilled.
