Spice Guide: Dry Harissa Seasoning

Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For a couple portions of harissa seasoning:

- 6 small dried red chiles, without stems, chopped with their seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teasppon dried mint

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Mix together and use as an aromatic seasoning with rice, grilled vegetables and salad.
