Serving Size, Ingredients and Equipment:

For mixing in equal porportions:

- Mild Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Thyme
- Black Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)

Cooking Instructions and Methods:

Mix all of the ingredients together, reducing the amounts of cayenne pepper and salt according to your taste. You can always add more salt to your dish after cooking..

Use: after coating each side of your fish or meat with the spices, sear the fish or meat in a pan until cooked.

The spices should form a dark crust on the outside of the meat.
